We believe that the Holy Spirit worked with the Father and the Son to create our world. The world was created by the spoken Word of God, which was empowered by His Spirit, I mean influenced by His Spirit. After He created the heaven and earth, He gave the human beings the dominion over the works of His hand and put all things under his feet (Psalm 8:6). “This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens (Genesis 2:4).”
We believe that man and woman are created in God’s image and likeness in the beginning and that image was destroyed, stolen from human being by Satan through the sin that was committed by one man and woman. “So God created man in His own image; in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them (Genesis 1:27).” “So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate (Genesis 3:6).”
We believe in the Word of God that was inspired by the Spirit of God. I mean, the thoughts were from God and the writing was done by men, the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament. So, the Holy men were carried along as they spoke the Word of God that came from God (2 Peter 1:21). The Bible is not to be considered as a mere book or old wisdom because through it we meet the grace and the truth of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
We also believe that the Word of God is food for our soul (Jeremiah 15:16); that the Word of God is a light that guides our feet (Psalm 119:105); a mirror to a believer (James 1:23-24); a fire and a hammer (Jeremiah 23:29); and a sword (Ephesians 6:17).
We believe that by the Word of God we are healed and delivered from all afflictions (Psalm 107:20). Through the Word we are taught about believing which is released as faith when we act it. Abraham believed God and it was counted for him as righteousness.
We believe that God has paid a ransom to redeem us from the empty life that we inherited from our ancestors (1 Peter 1:18). By Christ’s death we have been crucified with Him and resurrected. So the life we live now we are living by faith in the Son of God (Galatians 2:20).
We believe that by faith we can please God (Hebrews 11:6). We believe that the great men and women of faith in Scripture were called and ordained by God Almighty to do His assignment on earth, and that their lives are examples for us today.
We believe in the Biblical baptism, both water and Spirit baptism, as they were practiced on our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in speaking in tongues (Acts 2:1-4), and that we enter into Christ’s family by the power of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13).
We believe in the Lord’s Supper as celebrated by Jesus Christ with His disciples before the cross. We believe it is of the Spirit of God and not a mere tradition (Matthew 26:26-28).
We believe that blessed is anyone who blesses us and cursed is anyone who curses us (Genesis 27:29). We believe we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, called to proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light (1 Peter 2:9).
We believe that nothing is too hard for God (Genesis 18:14). We believe in forgiving our enemies as Christ did, praying forgiveness even for His executioners. We believe purity of heart is essential to approach God (Matthew 5:8).
We believe in the Prophetic Anointing as one of the offices of the Holy Ghost in the Church. Prophets receive direct calling and ordination from Heaven, confirmed by others as they grow in their walk with the Lord.
We believe in eternal life as the result of salvation through Christ’s sacrifice. That salvation is obtained by believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouths (Romans 10:9-10). Without such faith, one is denied eternity.
We believe in Christ’s Second Coming, that He will return just as He ascended to take His flock to the place prepared for them (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Acts 1:11).
